Hockey Has Heart - A Benefit for Matt on Center Ice

Dear Mr. Szott,
Thank you for your generous donation of a Ford Focus lease valued at $6,000 to Hockey has Heart. As requested your donation will be directed to assist Matt Sorisho and his family. The event "A Benefit for Matt on Center Ice" held on November 20, 2013 was an outstanding success. Your sponsorship contributed to the event's success and will help to defray Matt's medical and ongoing expenses associated with his injury.

Since our inception in 2002, Hockey has Heart has distributed over $550,000 to Michigan hockey families facing life challenging events. We are grass roots organization and you can be assured that all donations are directed back to the Michigan hockey community. All work is done by volunteers and very few expenses are paid by our general fund.
